1No Refund Policy
All purchases made through AutomationOS are final.
Once payment has been successfully completed, no refunds, cancellations or partial refunds will be provided.
This policy applies to:

- 1-to-1 Business Coaching
- Mastermind Membership
- AutomationOS Business Accelerator
- Digital Products
- Workshops
- Webinars
- Any future digital offerings
2Reason
Our products include:
- Immediate access to digital content
- Downloadable resources
- Templates
- AI Prompts
- Private communities
- Business frameworks
- Training materials
Because access is provided immediately after purchase, refunds cannot be issued.
3Duplicate Payments
If a customer is accidentally charged more than once for the same order due to a verified technical or payment gateway error, AutomationOS will review the transaction.
If confirmed, the duplicate payment amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
4Failed Transactions
If payment is deducted but access is not provided because of a verified technical issue:
Contact us immediately.
After verification, we will either:
- Provide access to the purchased program, or
- Issue a refund only for the failed transaction caused by the payment error.
5Membership Cancellation
Customers may cancel renewal of recurring memberships before the next billing cycle.
Cancellation stops future renewals only.
Previously paid membership fees are non-refundable.
6Exceptional Circumstances
AutomationOS reserves the right to review exceptional cases individually.
Approval of any exception remains solely at the discretion of AutomationOS.
