AutomationOS provides digital educational programs, coaching services, memberships, workshops and business implementation solutions. Since our offerings are digital in nature, no physical products are shipped.
1Digital Delivery
After successful payment, customers will receive access through one or more of the following methods:
- Email Confirmation
- Login Credentials
- Member Dashboard
- Private Community Access
- WhatsApp Communication
- Zoom/Live Session Links (where applicable)
2Delivery Time
Most digital products are delivered immediately after successful payment.
Where manual verification is required, access will normally be provided within 24 business hours.
For coaching programs or premium implementation services, onboarding instructions will be sent after payment confirmation.
3Membership Access
For recurring memberships:
- Access begins immediately after successful payment (or on the announced membership start date).
- Renewal access depends on successful recurring payment.
4Live Programs
For live workshops, webinars or coaching sessions:
Participants will receive joining instructions via email and/or WhatsApp before the scheduled session.
5Failed Delivery
If you do not receive your access within the stated delivery time:
- Check your Spam/Junk folder.
- Verify the email address used during purchase.
- Contact AutomationOS Support.
We will investigate and resolve verified delivery issues as quickly as possible.
6Physical Shipping
AutomationOS currently does not ship any physical goods.
If physical products are introduced in the future, this policy will be updated accordingly.
